Maggie founded Take2Life to bring together a team who share her passion for supporting people after life-changing events. She is committed to ensuring the right care, therapy, and medical interventions are in place at the right time, always with a focus on maximising recovery and independence.
With broad experience across health and social care, Maggie takes a holistic approach to rehabilitation and champions continuous learning, reflection, and teamwork. She values feedback from clients and professionals to keep improving services.

Debbie Lindley
Senior Case Manager
Debbie has known and worked with Maggie for more than 10 years. She works as a Case Manager and Occupational Therapist based in north London with advanced level clinical skills. Debbie’s Masters Degree Level of training, and 30 years of work with clients, families, legal teams, insurers and healthcare professionals have equipped her to be highly knowledgeable and effective in her role.
Debbie delights in solving problems creatively and finding bespoke solutions that suit each unique person and their situation. She excels when creating and co-ordinating a team to address complex issues related to brain injury and orthopaedic injuries. She is keen to help those that have been injured and their families to make adjustments and take on board solutions so that they can thrive in themselves as individuals, as part of a family/ friendship group and in their studies, work and leisure time.

Deborah is registered with the Institute of Registered Case Managers (IRCM), the Health Professions Council (HPC), and is a member of British Association of Brain Injury & Complex Case Management (BABICM), the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT), and the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK)
Clive Nicholls
Case Manager
Clive is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years' experience across the NHS and private sector, now joining our team as he moves into case management. His career has spanned acute healthcare, community rehabilitation, mental health services, stroke rehabilitation, and specialist wheelchair services, giving him a comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation pathways and long-term client needs.
Clive has developed extensive expertise in multidisciplinary working, discharge planning, and rehabilitation, and has also lectured undergraduate and postgraduate healthcare students at King's College and the British School of Osteopathy. He has held clinical leadership and management roles within adult mental health and virtual ward services, delivering a 50-bed service across medical specialties in people's own homes, and coordinating complex care and rehabilitation programmes across multiple settings while working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
More recently, he has returned to providing hands-on therapy to patients, and enjoys the direct contact with those he supports. Clive has a great deal to offer as he moves into case management.

I believe that case management is best achieved through a combination of enabling people to maximise their recovery and supporting them in making positive adjustments to live more fully with limitations that cannot be changed."
Isobel Montgomery - Smith
Trainer
Isobel has been working within health and social care for 20 years and attended the University of Surrey in Guildford and once on her first placement knew nursing was the right path for her and qualified as a nurse in 2008.
Since then, Isobel has worked in an acute admissions and medical assessment unit building a solid foundation, sought adventure in Saudi Arabi improving end of life care and education within a military hospital. Following her time abroad, Isobel moved into critical care developing key skills and gaining her Intensive Care Nursing Qualification at the University of West London. Since then, Isobel entered the world of social care working in various environments helping those with complex injuries and behaviours.
Isobel has a wide range of clinical and non-clinical expertise which she enjoys teaching and passing on her knowledge in the hope to improve those around her.
Lawrence Charles
Administrator
After attending college, Lawrence started his career in Estate Agency working across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Since COVID, Lawrence has worked with a Turnkey Healthcare provider supporting hospitals across sub-saharan Africa with new equipment funded by governments across Europe.
His medical background and enthusiasm led him to work with Take2Life. Lawrence's day to day responsibilities with Take2Life include administrative tasks and the organising of the training courses.
